In the 19th edition of its festival, Orquestra Nacional de Jovens joins forces with Mercury Falls Band and guest singers to perform a programme entitled “Scorpions Tribute Symphonic Experience”, which proposes a fusion between the symphonic repertoire and the instrumentation and attitude of alternative rock.

2026 Opening Concert
Aaron Parks brings a new trio to Casa da Música, bringing together two of the most distinctive voices on the European scene: the Danish double bassist Anders Christensen, a musician renowned for his work with Paul Motian and for his lyrical and deeply thoughtful approach to the instrument; and the Portuguese drummer André Sousa Machado, whose musical rapport with the pianist developed in Lisbon.
