Open daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. On concert days, the building remains open until the end of the show, and the ticket office and store until half an hour after its start.

If, due to force majeure, the date of the show is changed, the purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Ticket prices will be refunded to spectators who request this – within 60 days of the scheduled date of the show – only in the following situations:
a) If the show cannot take place at the venue, on the scheduled date and time.
b) If there is a substitution of main artists or if the show is interrupted (if the substitution or interruption is determined by force majeure, verified after the start of the show, there will be no refund of the ticket price).
Casa da Música seeks to ensure that access to its artistic programme is as broad as possible, fostering the participation of audiences of different ages, backgrounds and life experiences. The various types of discount have been designed to support young people, seniors, students, music professionals and institutional partners, reinforcing the mission of democratising access to culture. Available discounts may vary depending on the concert or activity. Information on applicable conditions is always indicated on each event page and, during the purchase process, in the ticket type selector.
Friend (Amigo) – 25%
Discount available to holders of an active Casa da Música Friend Programme membership at the time of purchase. For online purchases, the “Friend” ticket type becomes available after logging into the website. Each Friend may purchase one discounted ticket per concert, for personal use or as a gift.
Young People (< 30 years) – 50%
Discount for individuals aged 30 or under on the date of the performance. Proof of age must be presented at entry, by means of a valid identification document indicating date of birth.
Seniors (> 65 years) – 20%
Discount for individuals aged 65 or over on the date of the performance. Proof of age must be presented at entry, by means of a valid identification document indicating date of birth.
University Students – 50%
Discount for students enrolled in higher education programmes at Portuguese institutions. A valid student card confirming enrolment must be presented at entry. Music
Teachers and Students – 50%
Discount for music students and teachers at recognised educational institutions. Eligibility must be confirmed at entry by presenting an institutional card or a declaration issued by the respective institution.
BPI Card – 20%
Discount available to Banco BPI customers, within the benefits associated with their cards. Eligibility must be confirmed at entry by presenting a valid BPI bank card or another accepted form of proof.
Continente Card – Family Concerts
When purchasing one “Continente Card – Adult” ticket, the holder is entitled to up to two free tickets for individuals under 18.
Online purchases must be completed in a single transaction, selecting one “Continente Card – Adult” ticket and up to two “Continente Card – Under 18” tickets.
Tickets for under-18s are valid only when accompanied by an adult holding this type of ticket.
The adult ticket holder must present a valid Continente Card at entry as proof of eligibility.
General Notes on Discounted Tickets (excluding the Friend discount)
> Discounted tickets may be purchased by any person, provided that the ticket holder meets the eligibility requirements for the respective category.
> At entry, a valid document proving eligibility for the discount must be presented.
> If no valid proof is provided, payment of the difference to the full ticket price may be required, in accordance with the terms of use.
> Discounts are not cumulative.

>All discounts listed above apply only to concerts or activities priced at €12 or more.
> For concerts promoted by partner organisations of Fundação Casa da Música, general discounts may not apply.
Access to tickets for carers of people with disabilities
Casa da Música offers free admission to a companion of a person with a disability with a degree of disability of 60% or more, upon presentation of valid supporting documentation.
This benefit applies whenever the presence of a companion is necessary to ensure access to and enjoyment of the performance under suitable conditions, and is available exclusively for purchases made at the Casa da Música box office.
