PREPAID TICKETS
“Sala Suggia Event Ticket”: € 2.90, valid for a maximum parking period of 3.5 consecutive hours, between 19:00 and 01:00. The event ticket is available 90 minutes before the start of concerts and up to 15 minutes after their start.
Payment and Usage:
After entering the Car Park, go to the security office located on floor -1 to exchange the event ticket. After exchanging the ticket, go to a Self-Payment Machine. Place the ticket in the designated area. The screen will display the Event Ticket (click Cancel). Then click accept and proceed to pay (cash or debit card). If you wish to receive a receipt, click “receipt”. When leaving the car park, place your ticket in the designated area.

Inside the Car Park, drive with caution. Please note that the maximum speed is 10 km/h.
Concerts start promptly at the scheduled time. The doors to the halls open to the public 30 minutes beforehand. Once the show has started, entry to the hall will not be permitted, except during the intermission or for events where the programme allows this, as indicated by the ushers.
You may take photographs without flash inside the hall only until the start of the concert, after which no sound or image recording is allowed.
Casa da Música offers a free cloakroom service, available on all concert days.
Cafe – Open daily from 09:00 to 22:00. On concert days, hours extend until half an hour after the end of the concert.
All the areas in Casa da Música are adapted for visitors with mobility restrictions, including elevators and ramps.

Do I need to print the tickets purchased online?
No. After making a purchase on our website, you will receive an email with your tickets attached, which you can print or present at the entrance to the hall.
Ticket purchase with discount.
For ticket holders with discounts, it is mandatory to present supporting documents at the entrance to the hall. Failure to do so may prevent access to the concert.
Can I take photographs or film the concert?
No. You may take photographs without flash inside the hall only until the start of the concert, after which no sound or image recording is allowed.
Can I leave and re-enter during a concert?
Yes. If you need to leave the hall during the concert, you can only re-enter when indicated to do so by the ushers, between movements or at the end of a piece. You may need to occupy a seat that does not correspond to your ticket.
Can I use my mobile phone or tablet during a concert?
No. The use of mobile phones or tablets inside the hall (even in silent mode) is highly disruptive to the concentration of the audience and musicians.
I cannot attend a concert, can I exchange my ticket?
It is not possible to exchange or refund tickets, so please verify the tickets at the time of purchase.

If the date of the show is changed, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
The ticket price will be refunded to any spectator who requests this – within 60 days from the scheduled date of the show – only in the following situations:
a) If the show cannot take place at the venue on the scheduled date and time;
b) If there is a substitution of main artists or if the show is interrupted (if the substitution or interruption is determined by force majeure, verified after the start of the show, there will be no refund of the ticket value).
No filming, audio recordings, or photographs are allowed.
Before the start of the show, all mobile phones, pagers, and watches with audible signals must be turned off.
Smoking inside the Casa da Música building is strictly prohibited.
It is expressly forbidden to carry glasses, bottles, or other objects from the dining areas into the performance halls.
According to DL 23/2014, of 14 February, musical concerts are classified as “for ages 6 and up” (article 4, paragraph 1), unless otherwise stated by the Show Classification Commission.
For discounted ticket holders, it is mandatory to present proof of identity documents.
Please verify the tickets at the time of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be made.
In activities intended for schools, free entry for one teacher or assistant for every 10 students is allowed.
According to DL 23/2014, of 14 February, music shows are classified as “for ages 6 and up” – article 27, paragraph 1, subparagraph b – and children aged 3 or younger can attend artistic shows for children classified as “For all audiences” if the room capacity is reduced by 20%, with all spectators being counted to obtain the seating limit.
According to the Evacuation and Emergency Plan of Casa da Música, rigid objects for transporting children (strollers, baby carriers, among many others.) will not be allowed into the halls.
