As people return from vacation, Avenida dos Aliados once again brings the city together around Orquestra Som da Rua, a remarkable project by the Education Service, joined on stage by several amateur choirs. Nearly two hundred voices, united by the same spirit, sing of the experiences, soul, and identity of the city of Porto. A powerful and moving artistic collaboration that transforms the public space into a unique celebration of citizenship and inclusion.

If this is your first time visiting us, you might find the answers to some frequently asked questions below helpful.
Do I need to print the tickets purchased online? No. After making a purchase on our website, you will receive an email with your tickets attached, which you can either print or present at the entrance of the Hall.
Purchase of discounted tickets. For holders of discounted tickets, it is mandatory to present proof of eligibility at the entrance of the Hall. Failure to present such proof may prevent access to the show.
Can I take photos or record the concert? No. You may take non-flash photos inside the hall only until the concert begins, after which no sound or image recording is allowed.
Can I leave and re-enter during a concert? Yes. If you need to leave the hall during the concert, you can only re-enter, following the guidance of the hall assistants, between movements or at the end of a piece. You may have to occupy a seat that does not correspond to the one on your ticket.
Can I use my mobile phone or tablet during a concert? No. The use of mobile phones or tablets inside the hall (even in silent mode) is highly disruptive to the concentration of the audience and musicians due to the light emitted from the screens.
I can’t attend a concert; can I exchange my ticket? It is not possible to exchange or refund tickets, so please check your tickets at the time of purchase.
The Casa da Música Foundation reserves the right to collect and store image, sound and voice recordings in the context of its cultural and artistic activities, for the purposes of dissemination, institutional communication and preservation of the future memory of its programming.
