Orquestra Sinfónica do Porto Casa da Música & Pedro Abrunhosa
The Orquestra Sinfónica do Porto Casa da Música, conducted by Diogo Costa, and Pedro Abrunhosa once again share the stage for a solidarity concert in support of the organisations affected by Storm Kristin, which struck the central region of Portugal in early 2026.
In this special concert, some of the most memorable songs from Pedro Abrunhosa’s career — including Não Posso Mais a Lua, É Preciso Ter Calma and Ilumina-me — will be presented in new symphonic arrangements.
All proceeds go to two institutions deeply rooted in the affected communities. The Monte Redondo Philharmonic Society – Nossa Senhora da Piedade, which belongs to the Leiria Philharmonic Association and is the oldest in the municipality, having been founded in 1872. Sport Operário Marinhense, which has been in existence for 102 years, is a cultural institution in Marinha Grande, through its School of Arts and Movement and its ongoing work in the artistic, educational and community spheres. Both institutions have suffered significant damage to their infrastructure, and the support raised will contribute to their recovery and to the continuation of the mission that defines them.
Watch and support. Secure your seat at the concert. Tickets cost between €25 and €45, with all proceeds going to the beneficiary organisations.
Show your support even if you can’t attend the concert. Can’t make it on the 12th July? Buy a token ticket, priced between €25 and €45. Your support will still get through — and it makes a difference.

Purchase of discounted tickets. For holders of discounted tickets, it is mandatory to present proof of eligibility at the entrance of the Hall. Failure to present such proof may prevent access to the show.
Can I take photos or record the concert? No. You may take non-flash photos inside the hall only until the concert begins, after which no sound or image recording is allowed.
Can I leave and re-enter during a concert? Yes. If you need to leave the hall during the concert, you can only re-enter, following the guidance of the hall assistants, between movements or at the end of a piece. You may have to occupy a seat that does not correspond to the one on your ticket.
Can I use my mobile phone or tablet during a concert? No. The use of mobile phones or tablets inside the hall (even in silent mode) is highly disruptive to the concentration of the audience and musicians due to the light emitted from the screens.
