The Music Animators Course, created in 2005, aims to train qualified musicians to lead activities with communities and creative interventions. Over the course of 19 editions, we are very proud to see the improvement in the landscape and the continued relevance of our training and artistic proposal. With more than 200 musicians trained, the program seeks, year after year, to transform the way music is experienced and created in a community context. Many former students are now involved in projects in various regions of the country, while others are working in different parts of the world—and the most rewarding thing is that several are now trainers for the Educational Service itself.
In this program of musical creation and animation, improvisation, interaction, leadership, and teamwork skills are explored to the fullest, combining artistic projects with communities from different sociocultural contexts. Led by internationally renowned creators, this training is a unique opportunity for trainees to enhance their skills as performers and strengthen relationships with each other through ensemble work.
